2、 Function Introduction

WGL-3 composite SDG adsorbent for treating acid waste gas purifier
The dry acid mist purification tower is a new type of dry absorption equipment for treating various acidic waste gases, following the alkaline spray neutralization method and activated carbon adsorption method purifiers. It has a high absorption rate, is not limited by the usage environment, has no secondary pollution, has a wide range of applications, and is suitable for waste acid gas in industries such as electronics, machinery, and metallurgy. Main treatments: nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid. It can also treat phosphoric acid and boric acid. Practical application has proven that its purification efficiency is over 95%, and all treated exhaust gases meet emission standards.


3、 Main structural working principle and adsorbent performance:
The acid mist purification tower is mainly composed of a box body, an air inlet, an adsorption section, and an air outlet. Fill the adsorption section with DBS adsorbent SDG-I or SDG-II type according to the type of exhaust gas being treated.
Acid containing waste gas enters the box through the air inlet and then passes through the adsorption section, where it is purified. The purified air is then discharged into the atmosphere through a ventilation fan.
The main technical performance of SDG type composite adsorbent is shown in Table 1. This adsorbent is non-toxic, can be discarded without secondary pollution, suitable for various environmental humidities, has good moisture resistance, and has lower costs and operating expenses compared to other methods
